HELP beeping noise
HELP beeping noise
i let my car idle and warm up in my driveway, and after a while a beeping noise kept coming on and none of the warning lights are on..anybody know what this could be?
check the bulbs in your idiot light cluster......a very bad thing can be happening and u would never know.
Pop out the plastic surround (theres 2 plastic clips on each side....use 2 screw drivers and pry up at the same time fro best results.)
Unscrew the 2 screws on each side of the cluster and enjoy all of the wiring
Just kidding.....check all the bulbs in the back of it......its not that bad

Yes, that would be the easy way.
Is it a beeping or more like a buzzer. Is there a pattern? Is it coming from the area of the (i) gauges, (ii) near the CPU (near the dead pedal), or (iii) from the P/S box to the right of the steering column?
That will narrow it down.

usually happens when you get in your car and may continue even when you have your car idling. there is a little sensor on the back of your ignition. i think its like a reminder that your key is in the ignition?
