Ground Control vs. tein/cusco

I am wondering how much better a set of full coilovers like lower end teins or cusco's compare to a set of ground controls with kyb. The car is for street use and for weekend track use.

GC's and AGX's is all you really need if it's not an all out track car. with GC's you can choose your spring rate front and rear and the ride hight. i LOVE mine.

How do you select the spring rate with the GC? When you order them?

you can't actually change the spring rate. when you order from GC, you tell them what spring rate and at what hieght you're looking for.
