the first thing to get use to though is the rear wheels that turn under hard load. you can get replacement bushings that dont let the car 'rear wheel steer'. also what model you buy, t2's have better cornering, but a new prob, boost. if you have only ever owned n/a cars like me, this might be a little tricky.

t2s handle better? I thought that an NA would since it was lighter unless you mean just stock one since thye have stiffer springs but otherwise with the same suspension i would think an NA may handle better. But they don't seem to be the car to drift with since they grip so well

This will be the fate of most of our 7's people pushing them to their limits by drifting them...straight into a pole, sad story.

Say what? How about the Sport/GTUs? Same suspension in a lighter car. With the same tires that equals a better handling car. Weight is the enemy!

good point. i use to have a 82 12a that i could prolly get better track times then my t2... i didnt think of every angle, but i know for sure boost is freaky at first. whatever knocks down your confidence doesnt make for a good ride

By the way Grassroots Motorsports pulled 1.04g's on the skidpad with a stock FC and playing around with the tire pressure. How about them apples???

Lateral G's isn't everything though, that only shows how well the car grips. You would want to look at slalom speeds.
