Talking hehe..no

s5 jspec engine. 900 shipped 3 day air....total cost!!

majestic will get my turbo next week to do the to4 46-1 or whatever that is.. capable of 300-350rwhp @ 15 psi.

Fuel mods, Fuel Pump, 720cc injectors, Fuel pressure regulator, I already have the super afc.

Ill prove to everyone you can accomplish 300 hp to the wheels safely without a haltech. I don't think I could push 350 to the wheels with those fuel mods....But Im going to shoot for 275-300 rwhp @11-12 psi so I wont push the limits to much. The guy at majestic was pretty knowledgable and said you could actually push close to 350rwhp with 720cc, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump and afc pretty safely...but he said thats probably the max you want to push..... But I can live with 300

Im going to put it on a dyno and have it tuned prof. so I don't F#@$ it up after it gets back. Things are going fast. Ill have my engine friday, turbo shipped off and back by the end of next week and my engine should be done by jeff in a week.

LARGE STREET PORT BABY!!!! I can't wait..... With the street port, I should have NO problem crankin some good power out of the car.

Glad to hear you're going to keep the car. Good timing with that engine. You'll only need two 720cc injectors to reach your goal. A NPR intercooler would be good for your setup. The "small" ones are plenty large for what you want to do. Much larger than a Starion/Conquest i/c. Mine is 2"x9.5"x21" I think. The width might be a bit off, but it's close to that to the best I can remember. This is not including the end tanks. I just got it last Friday so it's not on the car yet. Keep everybody updated with this. Later.

Talking 720cc will be fine.

720cc will be fine...

I really don't want to cough up for an intercooler, I was thinking of running a shot of nitrous right before the throttle body. If I run a nozzel equivelant of like a 25 shot, dry , that should be enough to cool the temps down, yet not be enough to do any harm to my engine. I wouldnt be looking for the nitrous to give me power, just cool down the temps to act as a "front mount" might do.

I really really don't want to buy a front mount....

the problem here is running lean between 3000-3800. cause the bigger ones don't come on till 3800. That's why Jay ( I think see above ) needed 4. he was running lean at 3500 or so with only 2. this is where the haltech domanates. the 2ndarys come on with boost, no matter what RPM.

I I really think you will need a FMIC.

If this is true, and you have the 3800 RPM hesitation, which is also due to the secondary's coming on line, then from crusing < 3500RPM at any gear and you go to WOT which creates boost, and a hesitation. is this two symptoms of the same problem?

Yes, I am sure that Dale was talking about me, as I have 4 720's and a SAFC and stock turbo. Although unfortuantely you got the numbers a bit scewed. I dyno'ed 243 to the wheels, but now after I have been able to tune it a bit better i would say it is 255 to the wheels or so.
