got the broke threads out, but...

so i got a screw extractor set from autozone and i got the threads (from the broken off oil pressure sending unit) out of the block. however, i think the reducer is still stuck in the block. the way i see it, its gonna be like impossible to get it out, its really small and thin, and at the very back of that hole where the sending unit goes... can i just leave it in there and screw my new sending unit in? it already has a reducer in the end of it, but why not just have two? any input would be very helpful
