Good Turbo Size For '88 13B Bridgeport?

does any body know what's a good turbo size for a 88 13b bridgeport? i was going for a pt-76 gts or a garret gt 47-88, but i think the garret 47-88 is to big for the 13b, this is my first time messing around a turbo engine, so i need as much advice as possible!

Actually, I get suspicious when questions like this pop up...

Building a 13B to produce that kinda power is not trivial.
If you're serious enough, you would have a clue on how to do this.
We're talking aftermarket / drag trans, cause there is no way anything stock is going to hold up.
Hell, the car is basically going to be an FC shell, and almost everything else has to be upgraded.

Projects like this cost MONEY.
I wouldn't be surprised if we're talking about a $100,000 budget!

So why is this guy asking us for advice???

Makes you wonder...doesn't it?

well like i said this is going to be a drag car, the engine has t2 side housings with 13b-rew housings and internals, i'm also going to be using a haltech e11v2 engine management system, for the trans i think rotary power in torrance does gear upgrades on the trans, the rear diff i'll be geting the ford 8.8 from granny's speed shop, the problems i'm having is getting a custom intake manifold done and the getting the wright turbo size for this engine!

Start small: GT42 w/big compressor (I think it's 100MM?) and a 1.32 hotside.

yeah you are right! you do need alot of money for a project like this, but most of the parts for the engine i got on ebay like the rotors and e-shaft, the side housing i got from a friend, i did my own porting, the only things i had to buy are new seal's, race bearings, housings etc. it took me a lot of time to finish this engine almost 3 years, i bought things little by little! its hard when you got a crapy job,one kid and one in the way.

I give you props...
Kids usually mean the end of car projects.
Good luck!
