I bought a 1991 FC Convertible but don't like the gauges that the PO has installed. I also have a 1989 "parts car" and thought that I could simply replace the current dash with the one from the '89. It doesn't work. None of the gauges work, including the tach, and when I turn on the headlights only the left one pops up and I get a loud buzzing noise.

This thing has pretty much got me pulling what little hair I still have out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
