I need help deciding which fpr to use also. I already got quoted 160 for a aem one. My parts guy can also get Megan, sard, greddy, hks and some other companies. He cant get aeromotive. I also need help deciding which one to get. I want one that I can rebuild in the future. Any recomendations?

Where did you find a $30 unit? I would wonder why all other companie are over 100, and the ebay special is $30

B&M makes one that is supposed to fit Hondas and Acuras that replaces the top portion of the stock one and is adjustable. They are about $50. I've had good luck with them on 2 cars running Megasquirts.

Here is the thread that has the part number and picture.

Oh sweet, do you have pictures?

now would this also act like a fuel pulsation dampener? Im really wondering about people that have had problems dissconnecting hte pulsation dampener. My buddy was telling me an aftermarket fuel pump I have might help me out and I might not need a fuel pulsation dampener.

I am barely going to start working again very soon, so right now I am broke. Even then, I dont want to spend too much on my fuel system, I know it can really add up after all the fittings.

I jsut found a great thread doing a search, on the first page too https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...ation+dampener

Spend the money where it should be spent. Cheap out on something else like a BOV. Spend the money on a good FPR as it's a critical part of the fuel system. If the diaphram breaks, it will shoot fuel everywhere. If it's action is not smooth, you will get erratic pressure. I can tell just by looking at the fittings that the two regulators you linked to are made in China.

What do you think about this guys idea of using a subaru in-line dampener? https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.ph...ation+dampener

Have you ever heard of these things? http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/...p=31&cat_key=5

I have it as a spare part when I bought a used project car 2 years ago, I was thinking about adding a dampener and jsut using that with my stock fpr.

Darnit, I might be able ot get a good deal on a sard fpr, but I'm just curious, what do you think?

Why do people always try to cheap on parts like this, I mean I can understand with a turbo but a 130$ FPR? 130 bucks is NOT expensive.
