Question Front lower ball joints

My '87 is in need of new ball joints. I found several ebay sellers offering a pair of OEM replacements under $80 including shipping to the Netherlands.

Most well known rx-7 parts stores (mazdatrix, atkins) though, sell them for $65 for 1 and that doesn't include shipping. Are these better quality (seen some offering Moog etc.), or just the same ones in brand packaging?

I don't mind paying more for best quality, but don't want to pay 3,4 times as much for exactly the same thing...

I'm sure there's someone with an opinion on this? Ebay stuff=fake or Moog=overpriced?

are the ball joints bad? Are they loose and sloppy? If not I would suggest just repacking them and putting on new tops (rubber boots). There is a good writeup on this I did quite a while ago I believe.

Sadly that's too late, they're loose and sloppy. (Thanks for the tip though, might come in handy when the new ones start to wear out.)

Something like this, go OEM.

Mazdatrix is probably selling the OEM one.

Fark that..MOOG is ok..
Mazda is gonna Charge you 80-100 per joint.I learned the hard way.
The mazda joints are Sealed and are supposedly not serviceable. If you find a joint with a Grease nipple on it,Grab it.

Aftermarket no-name parts are junk. I would gamble my car or life on them.

Mazda, Moog, TRW, or Spicer... stick with a name brand and be safe.
