A front end like this...

I hope I am not breaking any rules by posting this....

http://www.fc3s.org/car_of_the_month/may.html

because I really like that .

Why? It looks like he just added a Aero Body kit, and then cut a hole in the front and smoothed it out.

If you have experience with body work, then it's not that hard to make it look decent. But if you have to ask, then we have to assume that you don't really have any body experience.

dont that makes a really good first time project if u can pickup an S5 bumper offa some na or sumthing (probly going to be blue they always seem like blue over here..) seriuosly get a jigsaw or a dremel with a good strong bit....and use the sharpie to draw ur cutting lines....then proceed! seriously someone had to have begun experimentation somehow....not everything was science at first and the first person to comeup with something had to make it up himself anyways (im confused) basically get a spare S5 or even an S4 and try it out!

Best guess for quality work....$1200-$1600. Most of that in labour.

The one in the pic looks like he could use one of the cheapo front bumpers off ebay. I hear they're ok just need to work with them more to get them to fit right and look good.

oh i meant do the thing himself!

in regards to cheapo i figure a junkyard front bumper...use the sharpie and outline what u wanna cut...then use the dremel or jigsaw to cut it out! because that image is just a stock front bumper

That is 1FastT2's old car. The guy who owns it now is still on the board but I can't remember his name.

Anyway, it's a stock bumper that he cut up. If you do a search for 1FastT2, then chances are you'll come across the thread where he made the bumper.

I think it would look less "chopped" if the trim were body-color. Also, the wheels are not my taste.

Then again, I can't reaaaally criticize because that TII is overall superior to mine.

While the car is an S4, and the Look is S4, the front Bumper is an S5.

You can tell by the recessed section in the bottom (middle) of the bumber. Also, the mouldings of an S4 have channel cut into the middle of the black stripe. The S5 have a small bead along the bottom of the black stripe area. Even though the bumper stripe is painted black, the bumper is an S5.

Personally, I like he black bumper stripe.

so much for WIND RESISTANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hole is way to big IMO, has to kill the aero quality and make the front end lift due to the HUGE AMOUNT OF AIR being ramed in @70mph +. I bet the areo loss offset the HP gains in the top end. Needs at least 2 more inches lower in the front. I would've saved the bumper trim line and 86'ed the scoop hood, as it is no longer needed.
