For the PD delete, get a spare banjo bolt off of another primary rail.

There are several ways to connect the FPR one is to tap the rail and thread in AN or barb fittings.

Another way is to get one of these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Eclip...QQcmdZViewItem
I have no personal experience with these however, so I cannot speak of its quality.

wouldn't getting rid of the PD mess up the fuel flow with out those counter pulses?

and if i wanted to could i just put another banjo bolt in the end of the secondary rail and just run it to a universal?

There are no threads on one end of the secondary rail, therefore, you would have to tap the threads in.

If you look in the archive, there is a very large debate whether the PD can be safely eliminated or not.

S5 N/A and turbo fuel rails are one piece. S4 TII and N/A fuel rails have banjo fittings.

If you want to convert it all, then SEARCH!!!! for fuel pressure regulator, stainless steel fuel system.......this has been covered many times.

or just look here - http://fc3spro.com/TECH/MODS/FUEL/fsystem.htm

As far as the PD is concerned, there's lengthy discussion on the board here, just do a quick search and you'll find more info then you'll ever read on it.

Like classic said...search, read, and get yourself educated on the subject. You seem to be a little unsure of what you're talking about, again.
