Flyby116 how's your Ito super streetport?
Hey Flyby116 what is the status of your Judge Ito StreetPort? I don’t remember if you posted any dyno #’s yet and the search just brings me to your original post. The motor is in the car right? It might still need to be broke in bud did it at least fire up? How is the idle?

Rotary Freak
The engine has a stock idle. I drove the car for the first two days. I payed very close attention to low RPM response. Between 2k and 3k the car was very responsive(no lag) after 4k rpm the engine wanted to become a different animal.I didn't pass 4k rpm since I really want the apex seals to blend together with the new rotor housings and only break in would acomplish that. That was about 1 month ago last time I talked to flyby116(Nick) I was suppose to finish installing a couple of more bolt ons. I guess because of the holidays I haven't heard from him. By now the engine is fully broken in. Just a matter of some more bolt ons and dyno..

Very sorry guys......like Ito said with the holidays and all.
And I dont have my computer hooked up all the time do my house being worked on, and Im still in highschool and work around 30 hours a week. (No time)
But car is great! Ito does some great work Awsome power all around! Hopefully the dyno will be very soon...I cant wait to get it all tuned right
But like Ito said stock Idle and a huge surge of power at around 4 and no lag in power even below that.
Cant be happier
Ito Ill give you a call in the next few days when the weather gets better and soon* guys we will have a dyno sheet!
Thanks
Nick

Yo,
I actually put down...140RWHP. *cough*
But I guess that's about normal with the minimal bolt ons I had. The dyno is definitely a reality check...you will always put down less that you think...or hope to.
I definitely recommend it...just so you have a realistic idea in your head what you've got. With all that said...those 140 horsies scoot me along plenty fast enough!

That is still an improvement over 110-120 though. Did you break into the 15's in the quarter mile?
I would love to get my hands on some Ito spec templates. I am about to tear down my engine due to dropping a nut in one of the exhaust ports when putting on my header . . . one apex seal got chipped at startup and it is rebuild time!
Judge Ito, did you grind out the exhaust diffusers and / or open the exhaust port a little? I was planning on grinding down about 2mm and removing the diffusers as per the general consesus on nopistions.net in the porting threads Some of the theory and strategy of porting seen in there is pretty cool

Yo,
My best run in the 1/4 was 16.004 or something. Almost breaking into the 15's...I'm sure if I could if I was more abusive to the car...harder launches, shifting faster...etc...
But...I don't think it's worth it...now in an Auto-X...*wink*
