FLOODED and MISSFIRE

ok so i recently came to the point of knowing my car is flooding sometimes. i just put injector cleaner in it and im waiting for it to burn up so hopefully it cleans my injectors. i can pull the 40 run the fuel out and put it in and start it. thats not so much the problem but the car seems to have a pretty bad miss when im at full throttle ive heard of them being infamous for missing around lik 3800 rpm but this happens if i get on it all the way even worse. any input helps thanks. =)
