Unhappy flooded before....smoke now

Hi all, last month my rx7 died while driving along at about 55mph. Just died, instantly. I had it towed to a local garage. After several weeks, the mechanic fixed a shorted wire (he called it an open circuit) but he couldn't get it to run. I had it towed to my house and after much help from you guys I managed ot get it unflooded. After trying many, many times with the atf, oil, and MMO oil, it finally started. Now of course after squirting all of that stuff in the clylinders, it started smoking, alot. Actually filled the 3 car garage from roof to floor. I couldn't even see the rx. Now my current situation. The car continues to smoke. Not when its first started, but after it warms up a little. If I take it up to say 4000 rpm, it really smokes, a really big cloud of smoke follows me down the road. I've only put a few miles on it since getting it running. Is this normal? Is it going to go away? Did something else happen to the motor when it instantly shut down? Help!!!!!!!!!!

how long did u run it after u got it running?....it should smoke because of the mmo/atf....let it idle for 30 minutes or so...should go away.....if not there might be other problems
