Flood easyer with PREMIX ?

These days my car is flooding often...
I Premix 100:1 with Canadian tire 2stroke oil..

Today, i tried to start the car but it was STILL flooded...
I removed the fuse, crank it up, put back the fuse, and it didnt start.
I tryed few other time, but one time, there was a MONSTER gunshot sound, but the car didnt start.... i hope it didnt break anything...
Next time it started good...

Anyway, i just feel like its flood easier since I premix, is it possible ?

btw: YES I SEARCHED!!!!

well when i know my car will flood, i simply rev up the motor, and when its revved, i pulle the key out so it can spit out unnecessary gas.

also, i had my friend accidentally yank out the fuse while i was cranking it. my attemps where futile to start my flooded car, after he did that, it started right up.
