fixing omp lines

i broke 2 of mine and was just wondering how to fix them i was just. well i pretty much know what kind of line to get but i dont know what kind of clamps to use.

You can buy new ones from mazdatrix or the dealer. Try pre-mixing if you HAVE to drive right now.

i dont have to drive it now. the engine is out sitting in my gerage.

I don't think I'd try to repair them. If the repair fails, you have oil all over the place, and an un-oiled engine until such time as you notice the dripping oil. Plus, I'm not sure how you would manage to repair them without taking all the same stuff off that would have to come off for a replacement job anyway.

The replacements are not cheap, about $17 per line. But, they won't be brittle and heat deteriorated like your current ones are.

Whatever you choose, good luck.

Until you decide, premix, and keep checking your dipstick frequently.

i cant find them on mazda trix. or i think i did and they call them oil injection lines?

Yeah they are called oil injector lines.

I would not attempt to repair them.

Get all new ones if thy budget permits.

they are the 2 that go into the intake manifold. i would like to try them.
