Cruise Control unit maybe?
it seems like i need to crank it wide open to get my car started... what is it?

what do "I" do?
what is this part in my car...
thought it was part of cruise control but I can only start my car if I hold it open?

sorry guys im on a wireless network which sucks ***!
It kept crashing making me think I didnt get to post.
