wait so what your saying is we dont need a PD? i mean with out it it suposedly cracks something because of hydraulic pressure build up, right?

and are there any after market PDs that will work better?

or could you fab up a new way of doing it like having an expandable chamber for the pulsation or would tha be too much work?

You can do a search for "PD*" or "pulsation damp*" for more info.
This has been covered way too many times to even keep count on.
