I run an aeromotive external 1200 hp pump. What do you want to know? What pump are you lloking at? Fuel cell, or stock tank?

Ok i want to keep the std tank but run a realy big External.

I would like to know how i adapt my std Intank to an External?

Also i have ben told to change my injector set up to a Parallel type rather than a Std inline?

I am just trying to get the best fuel system i can afford.

Thanks.....Chris

I run parallel, somewhat modifed.

Remove the stock pump, and block off the line. Weld a sump in place, with the tank removed, upside down and filled with water, and mount the pump to the frame using rubber isolators.

Leave it attached. Just disconnect the wiring to the stock pump, and remove the pump. Replace the entire unit, and block off the output hoses.

No pics, sorry.

Sorry i'm a bit confused, I use the stock Pump frame/Sender remove the Pump and block off the outlet pipe (so the sender still works) then weld a sump into the bottom of the tank (making sure i dont blow myself up lol) the bit i dont get is how i get a good take off for the feed to the pump at the bottom of the Tank?
Do i just Weld a pipe to the side of the sump? and what sort of size would it need to be?

Thanks for the Help......Chris
