how did you use the stock ignition? isnt that controlled by the ecu? I ask because I think mine is messed up. Doesnt the ecu put the car in "limp" mode when you unplug the OMP? or does that just control fuel management?

it only goies into limp mode on a s5 since it has a electronic omp, s4's have a mechanical omp

on the s4 you can run the omp, just on the other side of the carb where the nut spins around, put a wire up to it.. ahh **** it youll never understand

Yes, the OMP can be maintained, just rig up the rod onto the linkage (there are so many ways of doing it), then Drill/tap spots for the oil injectors. Still don't understand why you'd want to though.

if you get a dcoe style carb, its nice because it sits right over the intercooler scoop of a turbo II hood, just make sure you dont drive it in rain, sleet, snow..

..try and get your hands on some huge air horns!
