I am putting in a T70 anyways,so this is Just a "get the Stupid car started and going" set up!
Hey, I got my fd throttle body and I have a small issue. I was fiddling around with it and I notied when I pull the throttle linkage open all the way, the upper 2 plates aren't 100% open. I can take my hand and push it about 1/4" so the top 2 plates are WOT. ANyone notice this issue? I didnt see any adjustments, and the small link that opens the 2 upper butterflies seems ok.
nope, I have the side with the fat middle section on the FD UIM side and it's still not fat enough. flipping it over just makes it worse because the middle section is even thinner.
Thanks Robert
I'm going to have to port my FD UIM now. yay

I finally Discovered "manage Attachments"!!..Woot!
so,Finally!, here is my Project!..except for removing the N/A engine and dropping in the TII engine(thanks to Vipernicus42 for the extra set of hands.) I have done everything on my own.
Now,before I get criticism, all the Clamps are because they didn't make a 2 inch to 2.75 inch Coupler.
Cheers,Styx.

the gap after the opening will create vortexes where air will swirl into the low pressure area (the gap behind the UIM) and then swirl backwards towards the opposite direction of the incoming air causing turbulence and a smaller vena contracta....

This will also cause a pressure drop. A proper adapter would not have any sharp edges. A smooth transition is the only acceptable method.
Ok guys, Im not going to make theses adapter anymore. Im tired of you guys crying about minor porting on the fd uim. I tried to make it nice and affordable adapter. You can now by them from FEED and pay $428.42 plus shipping or buy the Greece one that looks like it was hand craved. Im not here to make money , I was making more because I have 10 pms a week asking to make them.
Thanks Robert

From what I see, people are identifying the one place where this product could improve upon, in order to make it the best it possibly can be.
I don't understand why the majority of retailers on this site overreact when they see the first post that doesn't 100% speak highly of their product. fc3s91 isn't the only one that does this, and it's a shame it happens at all. I would welcome the feedback and either improve the product or leave the product as is because the costs of improving the product outweigh any possible profit that would be made by selling the product at a slightly higher price.
What's wrong with constructive criticism about your product? It's not like anyone's saying "OMG! DON'T BUY THESE! THEY SUCK!!!"
