FCD w/ n338

I'm going to be running my stock vert ecu with my 13bt. I've read and heard from alot of people that the n338 ecu carries both maps for turbo and na because vert's were turbo'd everywhere else. Will it work, can I just go get an FCD and hook it up the same as to n332,or n333, or do I have to hook it up differently. And for the rtek chips, they say only for n333,n332 is that right, I couldn't install it in my ecu?

Thanks, Tony

The rtek chips will only work in the TII ecu's. U'd be better off putting in a TII ecu. It will save u a lot of time and aggravation in the long run.

no, and when I dyno my car, Ill show you people the afr. That way you can compare that to a stock turbo II... I can guarantee its almost the same a/f as a turbo II ecu.. That is with adding the 550 injectors...

putting the 550's on an n/a, is that what your talking about? Why doesn't it have a fuel cut?

I ran a vert ECU with my T2 Swap I also used an FCD and it worked just fine. Rtek will tell you that you can only use the origional 2 S4 turbo ECU's that actually came with the T2's.
