Yea if you have to even begin to ask how to splice frames in and clips do not even begin to attempt it.

I have no choice
Yeah you do, repair it.

I can pretty well garuntee you that if the damage cannot be straightened then you are wasting your time and money and effort replacing the front clip anyways, not to mention bastardizing two cars for the sake of possibly making one hacked and barley driveable car.

The point is that what you're proposing to do here is NOT....let me say it again.....NOT some typical plasma cut here, mig weld there type of process. We are talking about BUILDING a car at the point of swapping entire front ends.

Take it to a body shop once its stripped and get a price on straightening the frame. Thats your option at this point.

+ 1 for classic auto's idea

if you do the swap and it doesn't work right, then you will be kicking yourself.

"if you have to ask far to advanced for you." - Iceblue

Please follow iceblues words.

You can plasma cut all you want but I don't think something like this can be winged with a ruler and a level.

if you really have to get the plasma cutter out, cut out the frame rail that is bent and then use the donor frame rail from the new front clip (condition permitting).

It is called the core support. Not trying to be an *** but not knowing basic body terms assures me in your level of knowledge to perform the project at this point.

Also a plasma cutter should not be needed for this job at any point!
