Unhappy Failed Emissions Miserably.

My car is running like crap and it just failed emissions by a mile. Its not burning all the gas. Way too rich. The exhaust could melt your eyes. Any suggestions as to whats wrong, and where is the variable resistor?

How about you post the numbers, idle and load, so we can get a better idea of what is going on.

TII I had the exact same issue. I failed the CO grams part... I would first suggest you get a new cat... that will help a ton. After than run lower octane and drive it gingerly. adjust your tps as well. I am going to try a bunch of different things to try to pass the test.

Are there any cats that bolt on in place of the pre silencer on the RB turbo back exhaust since it doesnt have a cat?

LOL- you tried to pass emissions without cat converters???

and there are no cats that would bolt in place of a RB pre-silencer without modifications or custom parts
