Exhaust Single or dual? (88' Turbo II)
Exhaust Single or dual? (88' Turbo II)
I am trying to find out if the best exhaust for my car would be the racing beat exhaust or if a single exhaust is capable of more performance values. Now I read that a non turbo model works best with 2.25 piping and with the racing beat exhaust so how does this hold up to the turbo II would wider be better, single or dual.
Now not to sound as though I performance isn't the main goal for a good exhaust but I also want one that sounds not load persay but more so than the stock. ( I wasn't sure if the stock exhaust sounds any different than the racing beat.)
any input would be very helpful
Thanks
Marty

racing beat sounds amazing and mostly everyone here will tell you that also.

theres a little clip of it..
on the other hand a single exhaust is lighter and most of the time a lot louder.. but IMO doesnt look right seeing as the fc has dual stock.
its all preference.. and my opinion is that racing beat is the ****.

This all depends on what your ultimate goal is. If you're going to want 300hp, you don't need to waste your money on a 2.5" exhaust system. But if you go 3", you'll have to get some fuel upgrades 1st.
