i have an 88 GTU and i took it to the track a long time ago when it was stock (not much over stock now) but i ran it and pulled a 17.222 quarter mile
since then ive installed a full racingbeat exhaust and a cool air intake with a huge k&n air filter
i ran the car at the track last wednesday and pulled a 16.119 difference of 1.103 not too bad
but i also bought an 88 Turbo II recently so now the GTU is gonna be my every day driver so i want to sell the exhaust
it consists of:
roadrace header
2 1/2 inch piping
2 presilencers
2 inch piping
2 na mufflers
header, presilencers and mufflers from www.racingbeat.com

so each rotor has its own exhaust piping
i paid somewhere around 1k for the whole exhaust how much do you think i can get for it and is there anyone on here who would like to buy it?

is the piping racing beat or other, their y pipe is 2.5" , spliting or must buy whole package?

the piping is from my local muffler shop
its like this:
motor connects to header
flange at end of header connects to 2 pipes (completely separate so that each rotor has its own exhaust path) that have a flange
at then end of those pipes each has a flange
each is connected to its own presilencer
then piping with a flange comes from the end of each presilencer to its own muffler (welded on)

throw out some prices for me i dunno what to expect to get just know that i paid about $1,020 for header, presilencers, mufflers, and piping and gaskets to make everything right.

 

there is no Y pipe each rotor has its own piping from the housing to the muffler
