Engine swap help.

Please help... I have had an engine swap done on my 1987 Rx7 FC.
For 2 years now I have been paying mechanics to solve the problem of driving it for 15 minutes and it stalling / spitting gas out the carburetor/600 Quick fuel. It has been narrowed down to ( to hot under the hood.....
The hood has a scoop on it but" not cool enough under the hood.
It has a far size electric fan ... but still does the same thing.
After I had the hood scoop put on and painted and installed back on the car... it got worse....
It's a 99% chance its vapor lock... my fuel is boiling in the carb.
I spent so much money on changing new parts to new parts again and still have the same problem.
I replaced, fuel pump twice... fuel regulator 3 times ,carburetor... rebuilt even though it was new.
2 years of this ... couldn't take the car to not one car show.... gas boilers and floods the carb.
If there is anyone out there that has had this problem after a swap... can you please email me and share how you resolved this problem.
Thank you so much ...
