Angry Emissions help needed!!!!

OK....I was just harassed by some ******* cops....they said that either they give me a shitload of tickets and have my car towed....or make it so the car will pass emissions. My heart dropped when he asked about my inspection sticker....I thought I was dead where I stood(It's a fake sticker). Anyway, my car has a BIG exhaust leak coming from the cat area, so it definetly won't pass. Also, he said my car was too loud(the exhaust leak is the source of all the noise!!). How much would it be to buy a whole stock replacment system? Thanks people.

I have a a complete setup for a 89 NA, all the way back from the first cat. I think it has some aftermarket mufflers, but I believe it still will pass emissions. I'm not sure if it's in good enough condition to sell or not, there are no holes in it, but it looks a little rough. I'll check it out tomorrow and see if I can take it apart so it's smaller.

Part #4689? Also, any catback systems out there that are fairly quiet, will pass emissions and are inexpensive(I don't want Pacesetter, though)? Thanks people.

Most catbacks are medium loud. My HKS sounds good/deep/sweet on on surface streets, but could use a presilencer on the highway (above 70mph). I might get one in a few months.

Note my Turbo II came with glasspacks and they're about their a bit louder than the HKS, but not too much.

I think thats the part number...The reason I went with it is its a bolt in. You can gut your old cat system. Once you pass emissions, you can take your new one back out and put the old one back in.. Otherwise, you can get a generic one installed by Midas or someone like that for $100.
