Fiero GT electric fan is what im rocking

my write up
https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/hyperteks-budget-elec-fan-install-811725/

I like it because it looks great, i think it looks better than the Taurus fans and runs at less amperage so no alternator upgrade is needed.

I'm rocking a Fiero GT fan too. I like it.

You can get them at junkyards. I've also seen someone use first gen MR2 dual fans.

my fan cost me $18

I wouldn't use that. Those fuel economy and horsepower claims are bogus. Aaron covers that on his E-fan myths page.

Aaron's advice is good. Follow it. I pretty much used that setup until I switched to a Perma-Cool finger chopper with a shroud and a Perma-Cool fan controller. Both setups actually worked well, which simply means they kept the car cool at idle and low speeds. I, as many others, also like the extra free space in the engine bay.

Advice to the OP

Step 1: Learn to communicate. Spell check is your friend and this is not a text message. Vowels are also your friend. Maybe you are typing this from a cell phone?

Step 2: Use the search button: The search button is your friend. There is a wealth of information on e-fans on this forum.

Step 3: Don't believe any quick, easy answers to your questions. Educate yourself by comparing similar threads and picking up the nuanced information.

Good luck.

the 2.8 v6 one thats on ebay, yes that is it.

You should install a aftermarket water temp gauge while your at it for safe measures, you can keep a better eye on your temps.
