Is there any tint or anything on it? I'm still thinking about buying one if he is still selling them. But I don't want the sun coming down in my car 24/7 and messing up the dash etc.

I beleive the thing they have is they are "smoked" so its a light form of tint but its not radical to where you can't see jack ****. I'll post a pic of it without any backing at all in a min. or two.

What it cost me isn't what it will cost you. The guy that hooked us up did this run as a promotion I would call it. He asked for 165 shipped(170 through paypal) but the future cost will be 200 I think. So yeah you missed out on the savings but at 200 its still a great peice.

Lexan is under $10 for a sheet that size. I don't understand why its priced at $200. Laser cutting is not expensive either. Am I missing something?

He made a finished product. He didn't send us just a sheet. He got them to fit our cars, have the correct mounting points, threw in the hardware, threw in a weather seal, and had them smoked for us. I don't have the time to go do all that ****. Not to mention it IS a business venture so he must make money to make it worth HIS time. So lay off, If it was that damn easy to do we would see companies doing it all over

Relisys190, I am sure I will still love it. It looks better today(when i'm not so tired). To find out more purchasing info you would have to talk to Luis I am just trying to give him a little bit more exposure for being a good seller!

Wallydog11, The roof itself is 6 bolts not counting a dab of silicone on them and the weather seal you have to install on it. To basically you remove the stock one and use this one tadda!

reboot, Luis gave one to each of us since the roofs took a while longer than expected. It was really pimp of him. I like and I am wearing mine at work today.

88ROTARY, Like any hard core RX-7 part seller I do not have space! I sleep on the couch I took the first few pics with. I haven't slept in my bedroom in a long time. KEYWORD: slept

Someone stole the Overkill Symbol, turned it upside down, and replaced the bat-demon with a rotor, then slapped it on a t-shirt... wish i had thought of it first

Virtually unbreakable polycarbonate is the same high-tech plastic used in aircraft windshields and helmets. Temperature extremes don't affect its impact resistance. Hail and baseballs bounce off. Its impact strength is 30 times greater than acrylic and 200 times greater than glass
