Doesnt start?
Hey, new problem with my fc . Sometimes it wont start. When I turn the key to the start position everything goes off, and sometimes i will hear a fast clicking noise. I am not sure but doesnt that mean there is a bad ground connection somewhere? And how would I go about finding it, because I dont know where any of the under-the-good grounds are. Thanks in advance.

I hope the battery is not dead i just bought it, but I will check the connections at the terminals. Also, if I am driving with the lights and radio on, and I step on the brake pedal, the radio cuts out on me. I am tired of resetting my stations every other day.

What does the voltmeter read when driving???
It should be above 13.5 volts, and anytime it is under 12.6 volts the car is running on the battery.
You may have a bad alternator as well if your voltage is low

Yep, if the voltage is dropping under 12 volts, the alt is bad or the connections to the alt is bad.
But it would be doubtful that it would be the connections if it only drops under load. Dropping underload, means a bad alt.
If there is not even 13.5 volts, the battery will not charge. The battery needs at least .9 volts more than its own voltage to gain a charge.
