does taking off the a/c and power steering belts...

It doesn't actually ADD horsepower, but it does reduce the amount of horsepower lost to parasitic drag. I'm not sure what amount of parasitic hp loss the belts create, but my guesstimate would be less than 5hp.

It reduces HP loss, which is directly translated to the drivetrain. So, yes, the rear wheels sees more hp.
It's worth about 6-7 hp, but most people remove them for the ~100 lbs of weight savings and underhood clean-up.

You lose alot of torque in lower rpms when removing the air pump. You will no longer have a functioning VDI or aux port system. Both of which are there to add low end torque. Some people have custom systems with electronics but they are the exception not the rule. If you have a turbo then ditch the air pump the first day (unless you need emissions). On an NA, it just doesn't make sense.

I'm re-doing my engine right now too....and I planned to take off the AC pump and the PS. I didn't want to take off the Air pump because of all the things that I need to do to open and close the 5th and 6th ports. But now I just might do it.

The 5th and 6th ports in the S$ open from exhaust back pressure, while the S5 cars are opened by the Air pump.
I belive the airpump in the S4 is for emisions only, But I'm not totaly sure on that.
