Question Difference in pressure plates...

I'm trying to find out how much difference between the RB street/strip, RB race, and any of the ACT pressure plates in daily drivability. I'm leaning towards the RB street/strip, but how much stiffer is the pedal feel for one of the others and how much easier will it be to stall in traffic? Also, is there some place to order an ACT pressure plate only instead of the entire kits? And are the prices comparable to the Racing beat ones?
