deceleration flutter/rattle

I have a 13bt with 3 down pipe to decat to 2.5 y-pipe and big rear mufflers.the reason I not my exhaust is I remember seeing a bid maybe of it before on someone Elses car and they put it down to exhaust size from memory. Now accelerating it sounds awesome but when you lift of you hear a metallic fluttering noise (after boost or not) that sounds like its coming from the exhaust. Do I worry or is this normal. I'll take a video/audio tomorrow if y'all think it necessary.

"Note my exhaust" not "not my exhaust"

What do you mean by Decat?..you mean catalytic converter?is a cat ON the car?
Do you think it may be the shielding of the cat that is loose then?

A decat pipe, test pipe or whatever it's called. No cat in other words.

Flutter is the best way to describe it. Like flrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.lol I assume it may just be the turbo being heard through the exhaust but just thought best to ask because there's a fair few knowledgeable folk on here. Note it's only off throttle whether you've boosted or not and not while idling.

id say without hearing it, your describing a normal sound with an open exhaust. even with mufflers it can be heard. try and put up a sound clip?
