Crush washers for turbo banjo bolts?

OK so I need to replace the washers that go on the banjo bolt that connects the water pipes to the turbo. I tried the dealers but the numbers they have give me the wrong size washer. I was looking for a replacement bajo bolt/washer setup, but i cant find any that size.

Anyone know where i cand finde them??

Put up a wanted thread in the classified section, I know there are guys who have them. I've bought some banjo bolts and washers myself.

I went throught this doing my turbo swap, I ended up buying a small washer with a large diameter (I guess you would call) lip, than took that along with the banjo to a machine shop and had them make me the proper size...

Sorry, I went through the same issue to no luck...

^an easier way is to set it on a cinderblock or brick (they do not absorb much heat) and point a propane or mapp torch right in the middle of it until it gets dull red

you're sure you gave them the right part number? The best thing to do with the dealer sometimes is to go through the parts catalog yourself and give them the part number.

I even brought in my parts fiche and showed it too him. I'm not sure if they have the wrong number in there database or what.

As far as re-anealing them, the top washers are both pretty banged up, they have been "crushed" so that the bolt head goes down into them. I really just wanna replace them.

Good article though

Mcmaster had some that were close but not quite.

I was driving today and on a whim I checked out a different dealer. Went in, showed him the bolt and had new copper ones inside of 2 mins. Go figure.
