Coolant Temp Sender
When I take this out, is any coolant going to come out? I know some will but will it like gush out or will it just be a little bit. Also, will the Greddy aftermarket sender that came with my temp gauge fit right in?

About half the coolant in the block will squirt out under pressure. Drain the system first.
Don't know about the Greddy sensor, but you can undoubtably buy fittings to match the two at any good hardware or plumbing store.

Yes you will loose some. If it's been a year, you need to flush the system anyway. One way to recover some coolant is to use a mityvac & draw it into the overflow tank before starting.

There is a drain plug in the drivers engine mount (long nut like plug) and a drain screw in the bottom of the rad. Be careful removing the drain screw since it is easy to strip, though if you don't need to change your coolant, you don't need to drain the rad.

Are you talking about the stock coolant temp sensor that drives the display on the dash? The sensor is near the oil filter, just above the oil pressure sender on the rear of the motor.
The Greddy temp gauge will thread right in - they both use metric pipe thread.
You don't need to drain your cooling system - you might loose a little coolant, but unless you take 2 hours to find the Greddy sensor to screw in it should consume all of 2 minutes to do the job. The temp sensor is quite high up in the system. Make sure, of course, that the engine is STONE COLD before proceeding.
BTW, use a deep well 12mm socket to remove the stock sender. It might be easier with the oil pressure sender out of the way - use a 14mm combo wrench to unscrew it.
Anyhow, SUPER easy job. It will take you more time to run the wires and figure out where you want the gauge.
If you don't know how to drain the coolant, that means you've probably never done it, which probably means you're overdue for a drain and fill.
