Coolant Leak

I know i have a coolant leak and know the general area it is coming from. IT is not major but would still like to fix it. It never overheats and once in a while have to add a little coolant. I've found the general area that it is coming from. It is near the bottom of the radiator. On our cars if you look on the passenger side, below the coolant return line there is a small but noticible puddle of coolant sitting on top of the plastic cover underneath the engine. Drain plug isnt leaking at all and I even felt the coolant return hose at the radiator and didn't feel wet at all. Wonering if anyone has had a similar leak and what the fix is. Thanks

Have you tried pressure testing the coolant system?

NO have not pressure tested it yet but was thinking about doing it. My dad says sometimes if its just i tiny leak when pressure tested can cause the leak to get worse. Also It doesn't look like it is the water pump or anything major because it never overheats and I don't have to add coolant at all last time i did was about a month ago.

where in michigan are you from? be sure to check all your hoes's just as a matter of course. Or maybe your rad is just leaking, around the bottem seal. I would check there, but there isnt many things coolant related in that area.

yea, that woudl be sweet. I am actually thinking of starting a car club, not only for 7's but for all import cars. So maybe you could be a part of it, and get your friends too.
