Coolant buzzer

It goes on and stays on, unless I make a right hand turn, then it stops for like 15 secs and goes again. I checked all the connections they seems fine and it sprung a leak yesterday from just under the oil filter. Theres' oil in the coolant reservoir but that oil looks old. The temp is fine, and doesn't come close to overheating. Any suggestions?

You might have some air trapped in the cooling system. Bleed the air out. There is a screw on the passenger side of the radiator. You can unscrew it a little bit. That's what I did. It wasn't enough that coolant could come out, but it got all the air out of the system. I know there are a couple of other ways to bleed the air out, but that's the one that i did. Hope that helps.

Did you check your level?! Sprung a leak by the oil filter? Check the lines back there. Obviously if you know it sprung a leak, it's losing coolant and is LOW. DOY!

The warning means the radiator level is low, but you don't mentioning checking it...

sounds more like low oil, than low coolant.

Only buzzing when going around a corner, indicates oil sloshing around as the coolant (if pressurized) is pretty consistent either low or full.

I assumed he had seen a matching low coolant warning light, but you're right, it does sound more like oil.

p4nc7, check which warning light comes on next time you hear the buzzer. Even better, go check you oil and radiator levels NOW.

Both levels are fine and I get the coolant light. When my dad first told me about it I thought it to be an oil pan baffle or sumthing, cuz he didn't say what light came on. Just recently I had a chance to be in the car whilst the anoying thing was on. Any suggestions guys? I'm really stuck..lol

As for the buzzing: Failing Thermostat stuck? Failing Radiator/Filler Caps? Coolent Sensor(s) wires frayed? Failing Coolent Sensor(s)?

How much of a leak would you guess is coming out from below the oil filter?
