Unhappy Check Engine Light! Help!

I picked up my car from the mechanic today and I'm having MAJOR problems. He helped me with my TII drivetrain swap and installed a 12.5lb lightweight flywheel from ACT with a new counter weight, Racing Beat clutch, Racing Beat pressure plate, new starter, and then the drivetrain.

Now to my new problems...

I have a check engine light. It starts up fine but the check engine light comes on and stays on. I don't believe it blinks at all because I haven't run it that much.

I smell a burning clutch when it has been sitting running. It could be because it hasn't broken in yet.

I don't feel the new power I thought I would feel. That could be because the rest is stock and the TII drivetrain weighs more.

The bastard mechanic broke a few interior parts.

I don't think the mechanic put any rear-end oil in it. I have picked up some and some LSD additive.

I have new strange sounds.

I really need to replace my transmission mounts because I can feel the transmission really kicks now.

What is going on?

Thanks in advance...

Mason

Okay... The check engine light does not blink at all. It comes on when I get to idle and just stays on.
