Angry Clutch disk

to make a long story short i have 2 turn my clutch disk around today because the jack *** put the bitch in backwards...any tips i can get or things i should look out for ??
my baby is an SE S4 N/A

here are the symptoms...while the car is off it wil go into the gears perfectly fine...when the car is on I have great pressure on the clutch...and when i try 2 put it into any gear it grinds...

Not very likely the disc was put in backwards.

More likely the flywheel was turned, but not to specs. Sounds like the pressure plate isn't fully disengaging from the disc.

OR

You have a bad pilot bearing.

Check to be sure that there is some freeplay at the top of the pedal, and make certain there is not a hydraulics problem. If all checks out, could be a bad pilot bearing not allowing the mainshaft to slow down.

clutch in, car in gear, start it, does it move?

the hydrualics are good...I replaced the Slave..and bled the lines. Could I fix this prob myself?

Hey quick qeustion people...my Flywheel is F'ed...the threads for the bolts were just jacked up and cross threaded 2 hell. I was just going to buy another flywheel...and there were some questions about the flywheel itself...what i have sitting in the car is a S5 block in a S4 SE...the flywheel itself has the nipples on it 2 line it up with the clutch...is that a S5 fly wheel or S4 ?? And sense Iam using an S4 Tranny should i do anything else 2 the Flywheel that i purchase ?? thansk in advance for the Help guys
