checking injectors

So i recently took my omp off and while i had my 13b N/A apart i thought i might as well check the injectors. Just wondering how you can check if their good or what you can do? Working on a budget here

DO NOT apply 12 volts to them. You WILL smoke them. Use a noid light to test for power to the connector or listen to them click.

I don't know of any way to "check" injectors at home.
Places like Witch hunters can service them for @ $25 apiece, so either stretch the budget or just leave the injectors alone.

This. ^

Witch hunter performance does an exceptional job with injectors. Feel confident in their work !

Another place is injector rehab , I had my injectors done by them and they flowed good before and after, so the cleaning made no difference in mine, but not everyone is that lucky and you're better off safe then sorry, its good for peace of mind.

Noid lights. Less than 15 dollars at your local Harbour frieght or Princess Auto.

You can check coil resistance with an ohmmeter if you like. But really the bottom line is they have to be sent out to check flow rate, pattern etc.

Depends on whether you have low impedance or high impedance injectors. Low are around 2 ohms and high around 12 ohms but it's not going to tell you want to want. Having them professionally cleaned will. If you cannot afford it then you won't know what you want to know.
