I'm liking what i see.

If you can weld, have a machine shop cut you some thick engine and turbo flanges and go ahead and get some sched 40 weld els. They're cheap as **** and stronGGGGGG. You can MIG weld a manifold strong enough to last you many, many years cheaper than an ebay manifold without all the bling, shitty pot metal, undercut welds and thin "stainless" piping...

Use any size external gate you want. A turbo that big, i dont suggest you stay internal. Rotary heat+exhaust volume+exhaust flow=go external. You can't do it with that t4 flange welded up on that mani..... If you had twin t3/td05's, i'd be all for internal gates.....

Anyway, i'd love to see this project running and you'd be best to build a manifold prior to making your downpipe and ic pipes....

the internal wastegate is open i have a 50mm hiding back there I did this build on a big budget

yes I under stand but there are rubber mounts between the ic and the radiator with like a inch of seperation

The radiator cap should be the highest point on a cooling system, other than that looks good dude!
