That doesn't look like a GT42 sold for the aftermarket. It looks like an OEM-spec diesel turbo. I think you are going to find you have restrictions on the top end and boost control problems by combining a large hotside, stock exhaust manifold, and internal wastegate. It may get the job done with enough octane fuel (to prevent detonation from the overboosting and heat) but it's far from ideal. How are you going to have a 4 inch exhaust but a stock exhaust manifold? Will there even be clearance for that turbo to fit? Just about all the aftermarket manifolds set the turbo much further ahead of the stock location. You need to check for clearance between the turbo and the LIM, and between the turbo and the strut tower.
And I've mentioned before in other threads that you are definitely choking down those FD manifolds by bolting them to FC side housings, even if you do port match. I just don't see how you can have a big single barrel throttlebody, larger manifolds, and then put them through those small *** irons.

thanks for looking out but yea I have a Tial 50mm wastegate we did some fab to the stock manifold it looks great But for Clearance it fits just right and the 4inch exaust fits perfect . Now for the Intake manifold I did have them match ported we will see how it works if it dont put out will get custom fab Intake now for the turbo and mics parts Im building this on a Budget
