i was wondering if there was ne difference between the oem N/a main cat and the oem turbo main cat, besides the shape or size, ect ect

In function or internal make-up? No.
You can go ahead and use a stock N/A cat with a TII engine, and vice-versa without problem; the substrate will be identical.
