Car runs lean for a split second

I just had a quick question i have 2 fc's one is a daily driver... but when i get up to about 3600 rpms...it goes lean for a split second and then back up to full power? anyone got any ideas?

yeah usually that is normal. With the rtek chip it reduces the 3800rpm secondary cut on to 3500 so that the primary injectors don't have a chance to go lean at that spot just before the secondaries kick on.

Yes it does seem to backdown for a second...that is normal?

Isn't it because the secondaries come on at 3800?

So how is the easiest way to correct this if it is a ground problem... check every ground in the engine harness?
