FL Can you run a Jspec ECU and Harness on a USDM Car

trying to do a turbo swap on my 90' NA.

would this Work:

J-spec harness = junk. It's too short, and will be missing the wiper harness.

J-spec ECUs = junk unless chipped. Search "N374" and you'll see why.

and if you have done any reading at all its a pain in the *** to swap harrnesses. **** wont work right.. stick witht eh na harness

Rtek will chip the N374. I specifically asked if it solved this problem. The answer was that at Pocketlogger, they were unaware of any 'problem' with 374 ECU's.

A little searching found that the 374 (unchipped) will usually work with an original S5 Turbo. It will almost NEVER work unchipped with an S5 N/A-Turbo conversion.

Bottom line if you can find a 370, it will always work.

If you want rtek, I just so happen to have a N370 ecu chipped with a 1.5 ecu I have for sale.
