Exclamation Buzzing??

Ok so it seems this car hates me. I was charging the battery on my RX7 and i went out to start it and when i put the key in and went to start it. Well once it hit the ACC there was a very loud buzzing coming from under the hood so i looked around the buzzing is coming from around the intake. The only time it does this is when the battery charger is hooked up to the battery. I unhooked the charger and it went away, but it still wouldnt start or even try to turn over. The rpms shot up to 3000 while in the ACC possition. There is also a clicking noise coming from the sunroof buttons. I pushed in the close button for about 5 seconds and the RPMs drop to 0. Can someone tell me what is going on??

Yeah the battery charger was hooked up correctly, I thought that the battery was bad as well, so i switched it with a optima yellow top. Its still doing it. Could it be the TPS going out. Its sounds like thats where the buzzing is comin from

why are you using a charger with the battery still hooked to the cables in the car?? never a great idea, especially if the battery overheats and splits or oozes. is your battery bad? if so, replace it first thing.

already replaced it with an optima yellow top. i had the battery hooked up out side the battery and when i put it in there was nothing. So thats why i hooked it back up while in the car to make sure the battery was still full (car had a habit of makin some hella drain in no time flat). thats the only way anything in the car gets power is when i do what i stated in the begining post. do i need new battery cables??

you may want to check your cables for continuity and make sure your negative cable is properly grounded.

it could very well be if the connection is bad. i would just personally run to the stealership and order a new negative cable.

You might just want to run a new negative cable to your starter. I forgot exactly what to do, you can find it on here somewhere though.

My car has done this before as well and I couldn't figure it out , maybe the battery charger was the common denominator.

Otherwise with the charger off does that car work just fine?

That one i have already proven. The entire harness is ether spliced, cut up, or burned/corroded to hell and back.
