I was wondering if I need them, I heard since new injector produce have better atomization is not really needed anymore. I hope so because these little plastic thing cost $30each!!!!

 

and what "new injector" do you have

 

For most injectors, the injector will seat against the diffuser pictured. You could still use the top section if the bottom is broken.

 

I got some 1000cc delphi injectors which I have to modify a little for them to fit. But I search a little and there's a few people that don't have any problems with them off. At least the primary are still there and good shape.

 

as long as you can get the injector to seal properly, they aren't necessary. still a good idea though.
