you should be at 9 or 10 pounds with 3 inch exhaust.. now about the bridge port on a turbo engine.. the guy that had it before u must've been kinda out of his mind.. lol are u plannin to use it as a daily driver?? if so expect very little mileage in the future from that engine.. sorry to say it bro
yeah i know the mileage is gona suck, but oh well, im gona be at the track almost every weekend though , all i was wondering if i can even REV it past 5RPM, i was told i would blow my ECU or something like that, i know i need to get a boost controller so i wont spike up but i just need to know if i can rev it past 5RPM
nope, no fuel mods , stock fuel system, .......should i get a boost controller and boost gauge, and keep the boost LOW?,
cause right now i dont know how much boost im actually runnin, so u think thats the first thing i should get in the car ?

From what I've been told (looked into BP'in my 3rd gen on stock turbos), the BP will spool the turbo so fast that it will basically self-destruct if you try to race it. I've been told that I couldn't even hit the BP's powerband on the stock turbos. Since the T2's turbo is a little bigger than one of my stock ones, you might get a little more rpm's out of it. Good luck though, BP's rule, BTW mine was to be a track only car.

Are you even sure it's bridge ported? what's the idle at? I'm amazed anyone would bridge port a motor and leave everything else completely stock. I actually don't believe it but I will take your word on it if you insist.
First get a boost gauge.
A boost controller will not keep your boost down, it can only raise it, thats the last of your worries right now.
You should take it to a shop and get your exhaust analyzed to find out if you are running rich or lean. Then get an air/fuel gauge and/or EGT gauge.
After that to see any boost safely you are looking at fuel mods --- $120 Walbro 255lph pump, $300 Apexi S-AFC, $150~ additional injectors 720CC min.
In the meantime try to stay below 5000rpms and try not to get on the boost. I have no idea how a bridgeport is going to deal with stock turbo (or vice versa) so go easy on it.
edit: I am an amateur here and basing the above info on what I've read and been told many times over. I'm sure someone more experienced in the way of a BP will correct me if they think my advice is wrong.

wow, thx for the advice guys, the guy Bridge Ported the Engine cause he was gona make it a Dragger, but he didnt have enuff money and got into alot of money Problems, so he had to get rid of it, so i bought it from him,
, so Fuel System is the thing i should get first then?

Well, fuels system is the 1st thing to take care of..
After that you will most likly have to upgrade to a standalone ECU.. I would not think the stock one could handle the flow the engine will put out..
And the turbo you have will be absolutly usless.. You will need at lease a T04 turbo.
