what would it take to break a s4 t2 into the 13s...i was wondering if the following mods could do the job
full rb exhaust,720 secondaries,fcd,afc,boost controller,walbro fuel pump, rising rate fpr,intake,and TID mod

People have done it with fewer mods.

 

Exhaust, front mount and Microtech MTX8 should get you close, but a nice big turbo will get you there

 

it wont take much, when i first got my TII going with mazda reman motor, all i had was full exhaust (no cat) with 3in down pipe and intake, boost was at 8-10. i had no fcd but for some reason i did not get fuel cut off maybe cause my cars missing boost pressure sensor. i was pulling high 13's, but clutch was slipping.
so basicly for a thousand and change (cad) i was in the 13's

 

yeah, you could get into the 13's with those mods

 

I made only run because of tranny problems. The pass was made with BAD heat soak from the 2 hour freeway drive, I just paid, and hopd right into teh staging lanes. I was running 10psi. I still have my NA catback
